I recently took the PMP and I must say, this video is a GREAT starting point for anyone new to project management. I would have loved to have come across this before I started studying. Great job breaking down the project phases!

❤I loved the breakdown about the PM ROLE Where i can relate that is this for me or not and you basically described everything i like doing and have considered starting a business in planning and execution. Just watch all your videos super relatable. I don’t have degree but i do need the certification that makes me more marketable because of my lack of experience. Could you also review entry level roles. Like project coordinator or program manager i would love to hear your thoughts or advice 😊 @lolathemanager
