I've been watching podcasts for years and the only advice I'd give would be ad video and to have the same guest back multiple times and keep it like your having a normal conversation with friends like this verses a full "interview style". This was perfect because of the relationship you and Chelsea have.. some may get awkward if you don't know the person but thats completely fine just keep it natural and the less editing and clipping like this the better. Incredible job for a first one.

Thank you for actually talking about money and the business side. I feel like people always shy away from talking about that. Hearing Chelsea talk about flipping stuff and getting into different things to make money was super cool and down to earth

If I can give one thing as a constructive criticism or suggestion it would be that the audio is just alittle quite I have ear buds in with volume max on a galaxy s22 ultra and I feel like it's at half volume other then that great job and I really hope you keep going with the podcast can't wait to see who you have on

I've known Chelsea since like 08' and even after all his success, he's still the same chill, genuine, real person. This podcast proves that.

Podcast is dope. A humble request to make it louder (if possible). You can always turn it down, but you can't always turn it up. It was hard to hear sometimes when driving on the interstate.

This is one of nicest podcasts I’ve ever listened to. I’m not even the biggest into drifting necessarily but it was just so wholesome and real. I see a lot of people saying that this needs a video to go along with it. I honestly really enjoyed being able to just sit and listen. I haven’t found a podcast I can do that with so, thank you.

i understand the big split in the comments of video and no video....but everyone getting but hurt over people saying they would like video needs to chill lol. We grown to enjoy video versions of podcasts because of the platform youre watching this on. While I agree video for me would make this better I understand that takes more time/setup and all that not fun stuff. It would be cool...maybe later down the road but this was a great first podcast. Enjoyed every minute of it. Hope to keep seeing them coming!!

Really enjoyed hearing Chelsea’s story!!!

You guys mentioned what we called negative clue space when talking about people that don’t fit into the team. When you have someone walk into a room and sucks the iq in the room down, they have no clue of what’s going on so bad that it takes entropy to get the room back on track and start creative thinking again. I worked with my wife in my business for over 5 years, we just had to limit some of our time at work. So we had something to talk about at home. We’ve been married through three business and 30 years now. It can work. Lastly you need a flicker list of contacts and someone to keep it up. I had an assistant that kept track of name, spouse, kids, birthdates, and at an event tie it in. There is software just for that and it helps as you meet more people.

So stoked for this.
