One night around 11 PM, I went to ATM booth opposite to the Dimapur CP office due to well known friend hospitalised, suddenly i saw 4 non-naga staring and observing my movements, since have a suspicion on them, i took out my phone and started acting as a police officer and calling those IR jawans night patrolling to reached the ATM booth within 1 minutes. when I came out near the gate those non-nagas flee away within a second from the spot.

This ATM scam I have experienced, when I was in Delhi, back in 2019.mostly ,there will be 2 person. one will be waiting outside and one will be inside acting as instructor how to withdraw money especially to elderly people. What happened to me was that , they thought I don't know Hindi ,and one guy rushed inside ATM as soon as I withdraw money and asked me to insert card again, saying you forgot to check the new update saying this and that, I replied with Hindi and he went out blabbering. They were still there so I walk here and there around ATM suspiciously, they got scared and ran away from Scoty as my eyes we're on them. 😊
