बहुत इंटरेस्टिंग स्टोरी है ये , पर पुलिस वालों का रवैया बहुत गलत हैं. जब कोई आम आदमी हो तो उसे घर से उठा ले जाते हैँ और कोई खास आदमी हो तो उनकी हिम्मत नहीं होती फिर बोलते हैँ कि कानून सब के लिए बराबर होता हैं.

if sidhu walked out of his home soon after he got one call, shouldn't that have been first clue to trace the call to get to the culprit? did Chandigarh police miss this major clue or even CBI traced the call only after court refused to close the case. its unbelievable or something is missing.

Truth is Chandigarh Police and CBI did everything to save Kalyani. Chandigarh police inspector deleted data from sippi’s phone. Videos of the surrounding cameras were deleted by Chandigarh police.

मुझे कई बार सक होता है पुलिस की कार्यवाही पर की वो काम करना ही नहीं चाहते... जैसे इस कैश में मेरा पहला विचार यही था कि अब सिर्फ और सिर्फ मोबाइल फोन की काॅल डिटेल और फोन की लोकेशन ही है जो क़ातिल तक पुलिस को पहुंचा सके परंतु अफसोस की इस और कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया पाँच साल तक और अंत में यही मोबाइल क़ातिल तक पहुंचाने मे कामयाब भी हुए।

At least, the judiciary of our country is such that it does not let the Indian administrative region lose its courage. If the Indian judiciary had accepted the demand of the CBI at that time to file that application, then today it would not have been exposed to the country the fruits of the CBI's hard work and such a big mystery.
