Nice video bro..10 hazar ke liye job change nahi karni chahiye...but agar offer he to accept karke resign kar lo... 30 days NP hone pe call jyada ayengi....60k salary theek he agar city hometown he.. specially laravel jaise tech me itna hi milta hai.

I think Laravel k hisab se 60k thik thak hai. If you want more then learn React/Angular and apply for full stack position.

I worked on vmware cloud 1 year and now i have 2 offers one from 3rd party company for vmware job and another is infosys for service desk which one i choose. go in same field or go with infosys for technical role.

Hello Sir, Question from QA this time. I am a Test Analyst at Infosys and I left Infosys without offer on 26th Oct 23, 25th January is my last working day. I left as I was not getting fair compensation but learning wise I learnt a lot here. I have around 8 year of experience out of which for 1+ year I got a chance to work on Test Automation. I have around 10 interviews till date but somehow did not crack them because all are for Automation QA Engineer, There are no jobs for Manual QA's any more. I really dont have any financial burden and now as only 10 days remaining to my LWD and after that I will be a immediate joiner I am started getting more calls. I really dont want to take my paper back at Infosys because I am sitting on a low CTC and I am expecting 50% increase which all companies are happy to give just that I am unable to clear all rounds. My heart and brain both says to continue for the search but people who cares for me are requesting me to take paper back.. What you suggest sir?

You're situation is tricky..I have seen manual testing job openings but mostly within 5 years..for 8 yrs exp they'll expect automation or performance or security testing exp as a lead. I'm not saying it's not there but it'll be hard to find. Also as you have mentioned that you have given interviews but not able to crack then I think you're still lacking preparation..You have to understand for 8 yrs exp the expectations are much higher these days. So my suggestion would be to continue with current job as you're getting chance to learning automation, also prepare from external sources.. unless you really want to leave

Sir, COVID aye huye 4yrs ho gaya hai. Ab to inflation adjust karke package badhega hi. Agar percentage term me bola jaye to judge kar sakte hai. Lekin direct value se like COVID k pehele iss experience me 5lpa milta tha, abhi v same experience me 5 hi milega yeh kaise possible ho sakta hai?

Gujrat and Rajasthan is shit when it comes to IT and healthcare. U can google salary state wise. Both states have less salary than many job oriented states. Goa, Orissa, Chattisgarh also have a better IT salary than both states. Even in Mumbai, many of my friends said that they don't want to return in gurjat just because of less salary. PPL will troll me but gujjus and marwari are too kanjoos when it comes to giving salary. Hence they do well in all businesses except IT and healthcare. As sw engineers and doctors won't stick to low paying job for a long time. Their most businesses actually run on low salaried employees of up and Bihar and their villagers
