Just finished listening to this podcast. It was really cool listening to the paisa boys and hearing Colotlan mentioned. My mom is from there and she used to make cintos piteados before coming to America. My uncle who still lives there still makes them as a source of income. 🇲🇽

So ironic that after y’all talked bout people saying the wrong place where people are from y’all mention Seniesa being from East La when she is from El Sereno in North East LA. No fault of your own though. She was my student at Wilson High back in the day for World History for a bit and then she started focusing on boxing full time. So much hard and dedication.
