In this episode, I invite you to cook with me as we prepare a delicious and budget-friendly recipe: Red Cabbage Risotto. Begin by drizzling olive oil, sautéing red onion and red cabbage, and adding a touch of broth to let it stew. Simultaneously, in another pan, sauté spring onions and mix them with rice. Be mindful not to let the red cabbage dry out. Introduce wine to the rice and blend the stewed cabbage into a paste, seamlessly incorporating it with the rice mixture. For an enhanced flavour and creamier texture, add Parmesan and butter, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cap off this delightful culinary experience by pairing the Red Cabbage Risotto with a good glass of red wine.

Nothing’s better for cleaning up the robot floor. I did not believe it but a friend of mine after several years convinced me and now we are the happy owners of a dreame. Fabulous, 90% of the effort to clean, and wash the floor if the little guy takes it. Carpets included. There is very little left to watch out for and a lot of time and energy saved. We set aside our folletto and other tools and let him and his maps do it. Happy New Year’s Eve!

Buongiorno e grazie mille per il bellissimo commento. Le traduzioni in italiano si possono impostare dal computer, ma purtroppo dal cellulare non è possibile. Basta andare su Impostazioni che è la rotellina in basso a sinistra del video, poi scegliere Sottotitoli, poi Auto-translate, e poi Italiano. Spero che questo possa essere di aiuto.
