Hello, I think it’s important to go to the right kind of doctor specially when it comes to Mental Health. I was diagnosed and went to therapy sessions to a Psychologist. I didn’t want to subject my body to any medications that I would have to take for the rest of my life hence I took Homoeopathy as the only medicine and I’m off of it right now but I have regular follow ups . Rest assured please make sure you go to a good doctor be it Homoeopathy or allopathy .
