Everything looks high quality. I would like to know if interior doors are solid or hollow core? The door hardware looks heavy duty. I notice most doors have lock and key also. One last thing, are roof shingles metal or tile? Lastly, could you show floor plans in future videos? It helps to see layout. Amazing homes!

Hi Jira, We enjoy your videos while looking for a house to retire in Hua Hin. However, I have a piece of advice: you use the word "so" unnecessarily many times, which makes watching a bit annoying! Just something to be mindful of as you continue creating content.

And the usual mistakes. You DO have a large non accessible roof area - open it up, add a staircases outside and you can let the buyer put in a home office, study, or just a lot of storage that - cough, you may need when you have a large house. It is not like the space is not there anyway and right now you do not even see if the roof is leaking before it does major damage. Second, I hate open kitchens - people cooking should not HAVE TO distribute their smell and chaos to guests waiting ;) Also really prefer closable garages... but at least you have space for more cars than one (why the heck would anyone buy a multi bedroom house with ONE parking space). Definitely one of the better properties.
