Unless one is a white man or a wealthy man or a man in power, then they suffer from patriarchy (a social construct) just as much, as it's what ties men's worth to their wallet and has wealthy men abusing poor / powerless men at will and getting away with it, as the latter remain more obsessed with "never being seen as weak", forever chasing shadows, than actually facing their real tormentors: the men with the power who have them by their balls. Case and point, follow the P-Diddy case as it unfolds, see the sheer number of young males that were sexually abused for years, but could never speak up. Why? Could ol patriarchy. Patriarchy like tribalism (and how tugeges live in this illusion of being "better than" for having "their own is State House even their reality is they can't even make ends meet) is a tool for those with the actual power to hoodwink and toy around those with little-to-no social power. 14:53 I look forward to more men coming to such realisations. We are stronger together but the world especially online has won making these divisions. You can be one supportive lady but because you are a go getter you are viewed as an enemy of men. I love how Bien approached the issue of marrying a career woman, safety first. My only disagreement is that we need to define masculinity (toxic or negative). At what point does a push for masculinity become toxic? General conversion does more harm. Otherwise great show.
