A great orator with tremendous experience. Really enjoyed listening to this podcast. Just 2 points of contention from my end 1. What makes him think that a directly elected president will be any different from the ones that we have had? And how can that President take the decisive action for ending corruption? 2. His name - Passed down from generations to commemorate the great deeds of his forefathers. It's a legacy. Something that he has taken up. That is the power of legacy. It cannot come forth by other ways. When the tree is shaky, you need to look at it's foundations. Our foundations, good or bad, whether we like it or not is the monarchy. So I urge him to rethink his directly elected presidential sham which is impossible.

At some point, I remember @thingspastevening podcast talk about this topic in a long form, not sure when or which episode. The dude (from Nepal) usually has good insight on similar topics unlike this one. This was just a one directional show that was going nowhere frankly. No rigidity on any statements. I agree with most of the things that he says. Tara durbar hatya kanda ma ajhai pani waha lai biswas garna skina. That's my opinion. Nepali hami afno pahichan bina bachna khojdai cham that's so wrong. History ko kura kei pani baccha bela ko level dekhi transparent chaina. Kei pani research na gari tha na hune cha desh ko tal these kind of things needs to change. History ko bare tha vaye pani dherai change aaucha jasto lagcha malai. Just my opinion. If we let youth like me know our proper history in our academic course then these things ming change we might have a positive impact in living and also the fate of our nation might change. Frustu parcha desh ko kura le jaile. But still got hope and still positive that there will be change.
