Ep.3 Meghalaya Trip | Shillong to Sohra | Exploring Arwah caves and Water Falls | Roving Family
On 11 October we left Guwahati in the morning for Sohra. Due to traffic jam at Shillong we used an alternate route that is Shillong Bypass via Smit to reach Sohra which is known as Cherrapunji also.
We drove whole day and explored some very beautiful places along the way like wah-kaba water fall, arwah caves and seven sisters water fall. It was an amazing drive in the lap of nature.

Sir mere pas innova crysta top model he. Kya me 1100km per day 18 hours. chela saktaa hu kya. Car ke kuch hoga to nahi. Spedd 90 kmhr rahtiii he. Q ki aap long trip kerteee ho tab.

1100 kms in 18 hrs bahut jyada demanding hai. Agar aap regular highways par 500 to 800 km drive karte hai tabhi try kare. I would suggest 700 to 900 km in 1 day.

Shillong to Sohra and dawki etc ka road kaisa hai?I mean sharp turns as compared to Nainital bhimtal haldwani route se jyada hai kya?? Driving me koi problem??main Nainital visit kar chuka hoon udhar kuch dikkat nahi hua..pls tell.

Meghalaya basically pathaar type ka area hai, most of the roads are not that curvy. Uttarakhand se toh bahut easy hai udhar drive karna.

@@RovingFamily thank you very much..so we have finalized our next trip will be Shillong in Last week of March... Journey will start from Gopalganj then will take a night halt at Siliguri...then next day will reach Guwahati and will do Kamakhya devi darshan then for three days will stay near Sohra and Shillong then will return from Shillong to Gopalganj non stop..this is my plan.

I feel exhausted after 200 - 250 km * What speed you maintain * For unknown roads many places we face road bumps with out any sign or mark how you deal with them * I saw you drove up to 1000+ kms in strech. 😳....
