thank you so much Vivek sir. ki aap mere idol ko sammne laaye..unhone jo bola 200% correct bola..day 1 se unko he follow karta aa raha hu...1 year phele he join kia gym.. 1 year phele me srif 35kg ka tha.. aaj 60kg ka ho gaya.. aur aaj mere pass degree hai certified health & nutrionist ki.. + silver medal holder in powerlifting ( GUJARAT SATE POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 ) itna kisi ne bhi i guess achive nai kia hoga vo bhi 1 year me...all the credit goes to yatinder sir..thank you soo much sir

meri family ne gym jane pr rok lga di hai,main khud certified trainer rh chuka hu.lekin ab main study kr rha hun.main daily 12,13 hrs study krta hu phir bhi ghr wale khte hn ki hmare relatives me to koi nhi jata,phle job kr lo phir yh sab krna.lekin mera target itna bada h ki use time lgega isi wajah se meri back me problem ane lgi hai baithe-baithe.
