Hello Reena mam. My son is 13 year old his journey is same like soham. He diagnosed wd autism at age 6.I also took him therapy and learnt how to do therapy at home I was doing still doing it. biggest plm was his speech and sentence mkg. He is coping in main stream schl. Learning music instruments. Likes, to learn other language. I m facing one problem his social communication in group outside the home.. He use hand sign shaking head to tk attention in group. He struggles to express himself in group. At home he talk lot in English sentence. We from abroad. My husbsmd from abroad and I m from India. I saw your lot of video. Can u gv me sm idea for his social communication more and ore to improve and his eye contact. He is learning piano and trumpet at his schl. Love to learn hindi and other two local languages. We live in sml town so he nvr get good speech therapist from sml age but I read lot stories, for him in English. That helped him to mk sentence and use sentence for his need like can I hv chkn snd rice plz, mum wen dady is cmg xx. I do lot occupational therapy at home after his therapist move from our town 5 year ago . Plz help me to improve his social interaction and confidence in group. At the moments I m working on his eye contact. He is in grade 6.i nvr put him in sock schl. I did home schl for him. One year. Then now he is in v good schl tchr are v caring towards him. Try their best to gv him confidence. Mk him to participate in evry activity yes. In his ire schl he got ignored lot then I decide to tk him out. I m his mother. Mother knows best about our child ability.
