just found this podcast. helps me a lot during sleep. especially nak tidur sbb dari dulu overthinker. BE PRESENT. dengar setiap nafas yang korang sedut mse nak tidur. sedar2 terlelap. cara ni jugak askar guna untuk tidur cepat.

love this podcast episode! agreed that most of us didnt "care" about our mental health. wish there's a support group for this issue and can help a lot of people. most of us live in denial and ego. thanks guys. 👍
