I share my 2024 knits and slumps. Not my best knitting year so far - but I’m 4 finished sweaters in so not all bad! I walk through my basic “break out of burnout” concepts with you as we look at ways I’ve kept knitting alive this year. Hang on through the end (or fast forward) for a recap of some simple steps to refreshing your mind and getting your knitting mojo back!

So happy you’re here! The pressure we make for ourselves right? I may never actually figure out how to stop doing that but at least I’m better at recognizing it - sometimes in time to resolve it before it builds up. It’s a practice ❤
