What's happening beautiful people!!!
Welcome back to the channel. In this episode of Chopping It Up with Chef Nico, we brought Ezekiel Azonwu back to the kitchen along with his beautiful wife Kiyanna for a special 3 course meal. We started off with Scallop Ceviche that was made with Cara Cara Oranges, Cilantro, Peppers, Shallots, and the juices from lemon and lime. The second course was Seared Lamb Chops with a Caramelized Apple and Balsamic Reduction that didn't last long at all! And for dessert, Bourbon Glazed Peaches with Caramel, Whipped Cream, and Cinnamon Sugar Coated Pie Crust Pieces. All of this while chopping it up about what it's like working together, transitioning from LA to ATL, and raising a family of super of models!
