In this video, I talk about my experience of visiting the Guptkashi Temple in Uttarakhand which is said to be the Secret Kashi which was established by Agatsya Muni himself. The temple is one of the most powerful spaces I have ever been to.
Sadhguru Shri Brahma had also spent 3 months of his life in this Temple with few of his disciples, making it a very important space for Isha Meditators.

Namaskaram anna, I have been busy with something or the other since the last couple of years. So I'm not able to upload anything. Namaskaram, I do Shambhavi Mahamudra, Shakti Chalan, Shoonya everyday. I do Surya Kriya and Yogasanas on alternate days. One day Surya Kriya and other day Yogasanas.
