Video ക്ക് കാത്തിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. എന്റെ മനസ്സിലെ ചോദ്യത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ചെറിയ സൂചന ഇന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. വീട്ടിൽ നമ്മൾ carpenter നെ വെച്ച് ചെയ്യിക്കുമ്പോൾ edge banding എങ്ങനെ prefect ആയി ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റും? അതുപോലെ തന്നെ Acrylic sheet ഒക്കെ നമ്മൾ വീട്ടിൽ ഒട്ടിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നത് പ്രയോഗിക്കമാണോ? മെഷീൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ചെയ്യുന്ന perfection കിട്ടുമോ? നമ്മൾ ഒരു കമ്പനിയെ ഏൽപ്പിച്ചാൽ അവര് ഏതു ക്വാളിറ്റിയിൽ, ഗ്രേഡിൽ ഉള്ള മെറ്റീരിയൽ ആണ്‌ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് കണ്ടെത്താനും കഴിയില്ല. എന്തയാലും അടുത്ത വീഡിയോകളിൽ എന്റെ സംശയത്തിന് ഒരു ഉത്തരം ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് ഉറപ്പുണ്ട്. സത്യത്തിൽ ഒരു suspense സിനിമ കാണുന്ന അവസ്ഥയിൽ ആണ്‌ എന്താകും പ്രാക്ടിക്കൽ ആകുമോ എന്നുള്ള ആകാംഷ. അപ്പോൾ അടുത്ത വിഡിയോയിൽ കാണാം 😊

എന്റെ husband കൈ കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്ത Edge band ന് ഇത് വരെ ഒന്നും സംഭവിച്ചില്ല.. ഇത് ഫാക്ടറി ഫിനിഷ് ആണ്.. Let's hope for the best!!

@@backtohome Ee brand alla but അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു on site few years കഴിഞ്ഞ് kitchen cupboard works ചെയ്തവരോടൊക്കെ ചോദിക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും. Density കൂടുതൽ ആയോണ്ട് അങ്ങനെ വരില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ പറയും but അതാവണം എന്നില്ല. Density screw holding ചെയ്യാനുള്ള main criteria ആണ് but WPC wood polymer composite അല്ലെ so grip കുറവായിരിക്കും. Open & close കുറവുള്ള areayil best ആണ്. Anyway consult with them 😊

Schalewood ന്റെ USP തന്നെ screw holding capacity എന്നാണ് അവകാശപെടുന്നത്...plywood il ചെയ്ത screws ഇളകി പ്രശ്നം ആയ cases കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്തിലും പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ സംഭവിക്കാം.. ഞങ്ങൾ കുറച്ചു അധികം experiments നടത്തി.. പ്രശ്നം ഒന്നും ഇത് വരെ തോന്നിയില്ല.. Let's see!!

I used multiwood (bestwood(₹170 for 18mm)) and plywood (century architect ply. trojan was better in sample qaulity but i got this century fir 19mm for ₹180 (lakshmi edappaly) where trojan signature was ₹190(pioneeer thamanam)) and boilo(waterproof hdf(₹170 for18mm) at my home but wpc of schalewood i taken 2 sheets as sample which I resold because both took at different batch (one month apart to test quality didn't used)and was entirely different in quality no consistency so pls check ur batch .. i met joy at his home in angamaly and his office behind his home and later after few days his partner from which i took 2 sheets.. (they sell at different prices) schalewood is cheaper than joy from his partner(forgot his name)(so he given better price ..pioneer shop in thamanam told me this company 2 partner sell at different prices) other partner live near to kurpumpady and malayatoor .. and for plywood I used factory pressing which was way more economical (check gum is hental aquence (sam associates kalamessery) which is best for pressing) ..most modern quad press machines can press upto 50 sheets at once i only done 25 sheets a day (kept for 20hours atleast)which would have took 5 days labor done in one day labour some place provide one day rent for this machine(very rare i got such way..rent was 1000.. gum costed 300 per sheet(.75kg per side)i paid 3 labour charge half day(2500) so for 25 sheets ) also heatx gum is costly and inferior to hental gum (can only use in machine press atleast 8 hours press needed ) i tested adhesive strength too.. i think boilo is best for painting and laminate . as it new product cant say life .. launched less than 2 years.. warranty is 21 years (i used this for tv unit and prayer area which needed much more smoother finish only got 9 sheets of this and made few small table units )..total cost was ₹11k total.. normaly with heatx gum costed could have around 10k.labour could have been 10k. and lost time and quality and finish

Schalwood WPC has life time warranty എന്നാണ് company അവകാശപ്പെടുന്നത്.. ഇത് വരെ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് problem ഇല്ല.. Let's see!!

@@backtohome house much years is lifetime. I asked them this question when i saw one of the sheets is inferior to the other one so he said the lifetime guarantee is for lifetime. And i asked what the lifetime for the product was then they told me 50 to 60 Years and so asked again then provide with warranty in return then they refused. Then i questioned the quality difference. He was blaming that wood dust can cause slight variation. If you ask the same question to Thomson fi-wood( had better consistency and had .8 density ) . Also for all multiwood (including best wood) also has warranty with no warranty card . As it is not money-back or replacement. Rel wood is the only one provided with a warranty it currently offers 15 years(but their parent company provides 25 and 30 years in europe (I don't know why some part of Europe have difference of 5 year and in India why reliance reduced it to half) . For the schalewood if u have digital Vermeer u can see variation of thickness in wpc sheets and weight difference (which contributes to the density). Where fiwood and rel wood was calibrated at least to actual thickness. Another issue with wpc and fiwood and multiwood. In the width of the wardrobe we can use . For schale wood it's 40cm. All others are 45cm. But my wardrobe was 60cm and 90cm and was 108cm.so my carpenter told me the product cant be used for such projects and joy will also won't advice to mix his material as there product can't bond with other materials (he told me actually this material need pvc gum as adhesive screw may fail and other materials won't get same bond with this gum) and told me to use 2 piece of 10 cm at both end for such conditions (which would have made project more complicated and material will be used more. ) . Another issue was my door or front area was teak so if I use that he said door weight can cause sag (forest ones are heavier than local ones) he told me I can't use that and also no hdf or plywood . He advised me to use their 16mm. Sheets for the door. So after all that i had already bought dipo wood in auction i decided to drop wpc as whole and only use multwood in the toilet and all use every other marine ply later making wardrobe. I wanted a product to apply veneer so my choice of hdf mr and i found there is hdf bwp called boilo. And for the kitchen I'm using 304 steel for the entire construction which is going on (which is the only project i had to outsource because I couldn't do for labour. I moved ss becuz all major products have one or more issues when using the kitchen. Ss recyclable if cost was less i could have used for the entire home and saved a ton.

Oky understood!! There is a possibility of slight variation coz of the slight difference in mix.. I am not using it for doors.. Yes, wpc requires special gum and it is a bit pricey deal in terms of labour too(only in the case of gum application) we need to spray gum and need a spraying tool too!! Otherwise all other cost remains the same.. You can save some cost, if you opt out laminate for interior portion as well.. And if required you can go for an interior painting!! Choices are there.. I am sure, no product is trouble free.. You cannot guarantee the life of any man made product.. And life of some products, to a very good extent depends on workmanship as well... Meanwhile, we took a quotation from godrej.. But we are quite unhappy with their design element..Considering all the pros and cons, we finally said YES to WPC.. Let's wait and see how it works!! Fingers crossed 🤞

Godrej has fixed design not for our home they just place modules fill the space fill the gaps with void cabinets or empty ones. I'm working with a 5 star hotel kitchen installation team called sg group for my kitchen. I had seen all companies including the Jindal arc(trissur) veranta myson ernakulam. Cromitca vytila. Bethliving vytila(no quality and false promises never trust this place). Finally gone with sindu Gayathri as they are a product design company (they drew it instead of prefix layout
