I half thought that you would do a Bernard Moitessier (Golden Globe Race) and continue to the South Pacific instead of Gosport. I'm sure that you are already missing the draft Lagavulin if not the scotch pies! See you soon for the post-exercise debrief.

Thanks for this Nick, we did discuss not turning left at Lands End. It was surprising pleasant feeling however to re-enter the Solent.

Ah, I have some work to do and will have to re-learn using a spreadsheet. My time in the navy was half spent in submarines and the other half behind a desk.

Did you happen to track your water consumption while on board. What does that average per day calculate out to be over the 6 months?

Our water tank is 55 L and would last for about four days. So I am guessing that is just over 5 L per day per person.
