I hired the guide separately. But that was wrong decision since i was alone. Private tours are expensive there in baku. Try to get group tours instead.

Hi.. Wizz air is allowing on arrival visas to Azerbaijan fkr residents? I heard rhey stopped allowinng passengers without evisa.. Pls confirm

They are allowing. Once you reach there you have to register first. Then they will guide you to a kiosk where you will pay 30 usd and get evisa.
