This would be ideal for a lipstick. Just make it slightly bigger, to accommodate the size of lippy case. Lovely little item. .

I could see a use for these when out running, house key and cash for a drink. Weigh next to nothing and can easily be stored in tuck pocket, or sports bra!

Yes - I agree! This is perfect for lip balm. I do not like the ones that are "open" at the top - and love that this can be fully closed.

Iron-on interfacing. This looks like a sturdy interfacing.

I use Batting ( thin fusible) 180 g. And you can use pellon or iron-on interfacing. 😊😊😊

I use cotton fabrics for outter and lining. And I use batting (polyester sheet) iron-on behide outter fabric.

I think they’re snap closures which require that special tool to compress the parts together
