This series gives more prominence and importance to Nicky as a child than in the normal game itself.

Idk why but in Hello Neighbour 1 and the Easter Eggs of Hide and Seek Nicky seemed just like a curious child who ends up gaining severe trauma from being kidnapped and almost dying of starvation But Welcome to Raven Brooks actually paints him as a hardcore kid with a goal in mind although he still will get kidnapped idk if it will effect him the same Edit: I thought up my own version of Hello Neighbour 1 which takes elements from both versions of him so he is still an innocent child but with the idea his friends are gone and their dad might be the cause he has that goal

@@omnisystem6030I finished the series late and I think it doesn't effect the same you see the game Nicky he escaped (I'm pretty sure Aaron helped him) and he was still stable ( a lil) but the animation Nicky he was crazy he was so mental he couldn't even think straight like he has been in there for a long time then the gang saved him but he's still not intact so there's a huge difference

@@sonicfanYT6944 definitely I finished the series too and I came up with a theory of some kind Since I’m Hello Neighbour we played as Nicky alone for Act 1 and 2 and I thought since in Welcome to Raven brooks Nicky was traumatised to the point he never made any awareness of his friends maybe that’s why Nicky’s friends never show up in Hello Neighbour 1 because he was reliving the traumatic events Basically meaning that Act 1 and 2 are Nicky reliving the memories in his head and act 3 and finale is a dream still

The neighbour isn’t a villain. Think of it, he lost his wife and daughter, his son caught depression, he tried his best to protect his family but failed, then he went through an emotional state and he went through himself kidnapping his own son and locking him in a room with barely any food. Now, he’s trying not to be caught by the authorities. Honestly, the neighbour is really misunderstood. Edit: If you were a real Hello Neighbour fan, you would know the real lore. (Like me 😎)
