Tis the season for family gatherings, and many of us will be forced to abandon our Feld, Wallace, and Knizia games to play some good ole Wal-Mart games with family and friends. But hey, at least we still get to play games, right? This episode features a list of lighthearted party-style games we keep in our collection for larger groups, family gatherings, and special occasions (so we don't get stuck playing Apples to Apples, amirite???). RULES CLARIFICATIONS: I mentioned Funglish is a team game. The official rules don't call for this; instead, they suggest a very wonky way to play. Believe me... just form teams, assign a reader each round, and try to get your teammates to say as many words as possible before the timer runs out. Give a point for each correct word. Keep it simple!
