I stayed a week at Kilkenny I loved it there......you have to email or phone ahead, they have dockwa but never look at it they said

lol you didn't mention the horseflies on the inlets at the southern and northern end of Jekyll. They may be worse than the tides. You can normally do some planning to avoid the worst of the tides, nothing to do about the horse flies except button up
