nice video, wish I could visit also stockholm. Theres one place you should visit - go to Stockholm Oestra Station , there is a small track train line called RoslagBanan it is nice Railways Station and beutifull train with a railway station restaurant, this station will not stay long because stupid government in stockholm want to quit the station soon and make Roslagbanan to a Underground Train that stops in Stockholm C. The old Style will dissapeare soon ..it is a pitty so use the time to visit this place.

Quelle différence entre un train couchette Stockholm - Narvik de la compagnie SJ ou VY? Nous souhaiterions faire ce trajet avec des enfants de 9 et 5 ans. Merci pour vos réponses

I believe VY is the actual train company that runs the trip but you can book tickets through either company. We purchased our tickets directly from the VY website. Goodluck! You will have a great time!

The bus you get from narvik (I think it's 50095) only has a 15 minute connection at bjorkliden. Do you know if the train will wait, if that bus is late?

We caught the bus from Tromso to Narvik, where we got on the train. I'm not certain if the train will wait if the bus is late, I think most likely not as there are multiple stops along the way and assume they have to stick to a schedual.

We did the train ride in early April. The snow covered scenery was very cool!

Hello! Does the EURAIL pass work from Narvik to Stockholm? Or did you buy a separate ticket?

Hi, in not sure if the Eurail pass will work for this journey. We booked our tickets through the VY website.

Yes it does but you pay an extra £30 for a couchette or £70 for a private sleeper compartment.

@@Thatclimbingirl thanks for the response. Does the EURAIL pass have it for 2nd class or 1st class? Or the price would be the same regardless of the class.
