I bought this week Adidas Ultraboost Coldridy shoes, black, white and yellow, beautiful, and when I tried I threw water over the shoes, the shoes got water on my feet and this is bad

Yeah, I still remember the description of the product (even if it has been awhile since) and they said that they are "OK" for "light rain"... For me THT is always a sign: That most likely they won't be good with any kind of water if we don't apply some serious protector... And even with that one, I wouldn't dare to submerge in water more than 1 second. Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm sure that your comment will be a "head's up" for many viewers.

Have you tested it outside while it's pouring rain? If so, was it really waterproof/splash proof?

Never tried outside. For me they don't have enough cushioning to keep them. My feet have some injuries, so right now I can only use max cushioning sneakers.

What distance is this type of model for?

Good question! I'm not an expert or anything similar, but in between 5-10 km is decent distance to run considering the weight that they have. Over that distance is not working the muscle is working the feet dealing with the extra weight of them. You can extend that to half marathon (13 miles/21 km) if you really want that, but in my opinion it will be "a struggle" not an exercise (for fun) thinking the weight that they have. For extended runs you should search for lighter options! If anyone has a different opinion, is invited to share it here. Cheers!

Are these winter ready wearable in summer?

I wouldn't use them in summer because the upper is nylon and is not perforated... So you will sweat with them all the time. Any other model is a better option (for summer).

Like I said in the video, for summer I don't recommend them. For spring/autumn would do great... and maybe winter if is not cold outside (+5º C). For summer you simply have better options in Adidas or other brands too. Although will be impossible to find a pair of sneakers to wear all year around if in your country you have like we have here -5º C more or less in winter and in summer +40º C. If you live in any country from Africa, well there might not be a problem for many sneakers... This ones are make for COLD (as the name says), so in summer you might experience more sweat than usual with them.

Buy women period hygiene pad and stick it to the inner sole. You won't notice a single drop of sweat. Dry, clean, odourless.

Like I specified in my video at the end... Summer would be the only season that maybe won't be fully suitable... Just because of the missing "airvents"... The padfing is minimal otherwise.
