ഞാനും chef പിള്ളയെ facebookil follow ചെയ്യുന്ന ആൾ ആണ്. എന്റെയും ഒരു സംശയം ആയിരുന്നു സാധാരണക്കാർക്കു ഇവിടത്തെ വിലയൊക്കെ താങ്ങാൻ പറ്റുമോ എന്ന് ഇത്ര കൃത്യമായി ഇതൊക്കെ കാണിച്ചുതന്ന ചേട്ടന് Thanks 🙏😊

അവതാർ2 കാണാൻ വേണ്ടി ശോഭാ സിറ്റിയിൽ പോയപ്പോ വെറുതെ ട്രൈ ചെയ്യാലോന്നു കരുതി കയറി(17-12-22) അടിപൊളി ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു കൊടുത്ത ക്യാഷിന് മുതലായി തോന്നി……പൊറോട്ട 35 , സുലൈമാനി 50 , ഇടിയപ്പം 25 , അപ്പം 25 ബീഫ് ചട്ടിക്കറി 350 (രണ്ട് പേർക്ക്) എല്ലാം അടിപൊളി ടേസ്റ്റ് 😋😋 ഇനി പോവുമ്പോ നിർവാണ കൂടെ ട്രൈ ചെയ്യണം

Very nice recipe and tasty food. I was also a hotelier for 20 years at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and their entity. However, I don't have an opportunity to visit Mr Pillai restaurant at Kochi. Soon so and wish to meet Mr Pillai.🙏

ഓരോതവണയും ഷെഫ് പിള്ള ഷെഫ് പിള്ളയുടെ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു വീമ്പു കൊള്ളിക്കുന്ന ഓരോ ഭക്ഷണവും സാധാരണക്കാർക്ക് കഴിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കി വയ്ച്ചേക്കുന്നത് അല്ലല്ലോ? ഓരോ വിഭവത്തിൻ്റെയും വില കേട്ടിട്ട് എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ഇങ്ങേരു അങ്ങു സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഇറക്കുമതി ചെയ്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ആണ് എന്ന് തോന്നും. ഇതൊക്കെ എല്ലാം കാശു ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ഞാൻ ഷെഫ് പിള്ളയുടെ പീടികേന്ന് കഴിച്ചു എന്ന് വീമ്പു പറയാൻ കൊള്ളാം. അല്ലാതെ ഇങ്ങേര് സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വാങ്ങി കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്ന കാശിനു വല്ലതും ഉണ്ടാക്കുമോ ഐയിപ്പു ഭായ് 🤔 സംശയം ആണ്

പറയുമ്പോൾ നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി തോന്നിയേക്കാം. ഫുഡ്‌ അത്ര വലിയ സംഭവം ഒന്നുമല്ല . കൊല്ലത്തെ ഹോട്ടലിൽ കിട്ടുന്ന അത്രേം നല്ല മട്ടൻ അല്ല അവിടെ ഉള്ളത്. മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാം ഒരു ആവറേജ് അത്രേ ഉള്ളു. പിന്നെ ഫൈവ് സ്റ്റാർ ഹോട്ടൽ ആയോണ്ട് ആ വില മേടിക്കുന്നതിൽ തെറ്റ് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല 😌

മുട്ട roast വില 395ഓ. അപ്പ എത്ര പേർക്ക് കഴിക്കാൻ ഉള്ളത് ഉണ്ടാവും? വില കൂടുതൽ തന്നെ. കൊച്ചി പോലെ ഉള്ളിടത്ത് വില വലിയ വിഷയം അല്ല. Tvm കൊല്ലം ഒക്കെ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ പൂട്ടി പോകും.

@@varun.91 ശെരിയാണ്. ആ ലുലു പുള്ളിക്ക് വൻ നഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടാക്കും. കൊറേ ചകിരികൾ കോളനികൾ കേറി നിരങ്ങുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നല്ലാതെ ആളും കുറവാണ് consumers ഉം കുറവാണ്. പാവങ്ങളുടെ നഗരത്തിൽ പോയി ആ മാള് തുടങ്ങിയാൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒക്കെ ആയിരിക്കും. എടോ കൊച്ചിയിൽ ആയത് കൊണ്ടാ RCP ഈ വിലയിലും നല്ല പോലെ പോകുന്നത്...

ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ഫുഡ്‌ കഴിക്കണം എങ്കിൽ തീർച്ചയായും അതിനുള്ള തുകയും കൊടുക്കണം. ഇതിന്റെ പിന്നിലുള്ള ചിലവുകൾ നമ്മൾ മനസ്സിൽ ആക്കണം. ഉദാഹരണം, ഒരു മീഡിയം ഹോട്ടലിൽ കുക്ക്നെ കൊടുക്കുന്ന സാലറി 20000 Rs ആണെങ്കിൽ ഇവിടെ നല്ല എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉള്ള ഒരു കുക്കിന് മിനിമം 40000 Rs എങ്കിലും കൊടുക്കണം. ഇത് ഒരു കാര്യം മാത്രം.... അങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയാൽ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു ഹോട്ടലിൽ പോയി കഴിക്കണം എങ്കിൽ തീർച്ചയായും അതിനുള്ള റേറ്റ് കൊടുക്കണം. ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള നല്ല പ്രെസ്ഥാങ്ങളെ വിജയിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രെമിക്കുക.... നല്ല സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നമ്മൾക്കും അഭിമാനം ആണ്.

Well if this same guy come down to cook at street price falls to 90 percent in cost.I would say this is an expensive menu. the people who are justifying on the price nd standard are absolutely dumb. I believe if they are serving first quality food it’s fine however most of the first quality food in our knowledge they sending to overseas tho . I could say they are selling cheaper food in expensive price which is not worthy for local peoples ( recommended quantity debates)
