Definitely, underestimated these sandwiches. Although very delicious, they were definitely very very filling. Watch and see how many I can eat in one hour???

At a deli get a kilo of beef roast, extra rare, sliced paper thin. Cook in a dry pan with Worcestershire till brown top piles with spoonfuls of cheddar bechamel, on a potato roll. Ketchup + BBQ sauce to make Arby's sauce. Mayo & horseradish is horsey sauce... Wrap in foil to trap heat, steam bun
