I remember hearing the original for the first time when it was first played on the radio at work and initially thinking the lyrics were "Strangelove, strange eyes and strange nose" and not "Strangelove, strange highs and strange lows".😆 The amount of Depeche covers there are I can't keep up with but I appreciate the inspiration that their music has had on many artists, their songs have become timeless classics, but lets not forget the guys are still going strong and hopefully continue todo so for many more years.⚒⛓📢👑🌹⚜✋💡

More like suspense or a thriller movie. When I think about this song, it's sounds like a sex scene with a serial killer. It can be the beginning stages of him showing psychopathic or stalkerish signs.

This is my favourite band of all time. Now as nothing could possibly compare to the original... this would be great in a horror movie or some sort of supernatural film. I can appreciate that he did a different take on it.

I keep waiting for a movie studio to feature any one of these covers in a movie, where the original song would have been the best choice. like.... this very song.... perfect for a sex scene between two characters whose love story you know is gonna end bad no matter what.

@@MZ175 would you believe that a few days ago I was thinking "What was that video that I watched? with a cyberpunk-style thumbnail, all pink and glowy... was a pop song cover, for sure! Can't remember the title!" I don't know why, something else triggered my memory of this, but I couldn't for the life of me come back to this. ......and... here we are. randomly and with no digging done by my part, youtube *_out of fucking nowhere_* decides to notify me of this comment, in a video that I gave for lost, *_JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER_* I randomly and for no reason think of it. and the weirdest part?.... it's not the first time this happens.
