We are currently taking a cruise ship (MSC’s Splendida) from Dubai to Qatar, and today is our first stop of Abu Dhabi! A local picked us up at the cruise port and took us to all the must-see and do spots! Highlights include the local fish and vegetable market, Emirates Palace, a 23 karat gold cappuccino, a Lebanese lunch, the FASTEST ROLLER COASTER IN THE WORLD, and of course… the Grand Mosque! Abu Dhabi was better than we ever could have imagined thanks to our new friend @nanotraveldiary! :)

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

Cannot say thank you enough to you guys! Breaking down the stereotype that all Arabs are angry all the time. The best part of the video, the call to prayer at the Grand Mosque. Most people when they hear Allah u Akbar, they think of evil people looking to harm innocent people but it has nothing to do with that. It is just a call to prayer and as the video showed, a beautiful thing to listen :). Thank you once again for taking a trip to the Middle East :)

I just want to say that I enjoy your videos a lot. I have been following you for a long time now and I try not to miss on anything. The greatest part about your content is that it is clear that you really enjoy travelling and not only doing it to make vlogs. A lot of other travel youtuber's started with passion for travels but now their videos seem a little fake, staged and even though they are cinematic, color graded and pretty, they lack good content and passion for exploring. I love that you are genuine and it really feels like we are travelling with you when watching your vlogs because you are showing everything as it is. You inspire us all to travel more. Thank you.

Nagham Badawi sorry for writing your name incorrectly, was not easy to understand 😊😊 I was in Dubai long time ago, in 1992, was quite a different city then, so UAE is on the list sometime in the future, would love to visit Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jebel Jais and so on! Would be fun to make a tour for Kara and Nate here in my city of Zadar and surroundings, but they have already been to Croatia. But guys if you ever come back I'd gladly do it, would take you to some amazing places 😁😁 Nagham, you are welcome too! ☺

What an amazing city. So luxurious (gold flecked coffee FTW), yet at the same time friendly. Fascinating, exquisite architecture and just like an oasis in the middle of the dessert. Also, Nano was so welcoming. I'd love to visit. By the way... Kara, you looked like a Star Wars hologram @9:36. That was SO cool, I went back and watched it twice. 😂😂

One of our best port days was a rainy day in Curacao. We weren't sure what we were going to do and we were walking around and one of the locals offered to take us on a tour. We got to see so much in such a short window of time that we never would have seen walking around the cruise terminal. We really do enjoy all the people we meet on our cruises both on and off the ship!

I’m so glad I clicked on this video. I’ve just recently stumbled across your channel, and I’ve been binge watching as much vids as I could to catch up. Most of them covered European countries, so when I saw this I was a little bit hesitant cause I know how people can be very harsh and judgemental when it comes to Middle East, but I gotta say you two did this trip very elegantly!
