I am very lucky to be attending Goodwood Speedweek and just happened to be in the right place at the right time to capture some close up action from the simply epic Driftkana. The first time an event like this has been held at Goodwood.

Hi Ped Spectacular sideshow. However having watched Live Stream of the event from start to finish yesterday and today the racing without a doubt has been fantastic🤗🤗🤗 we will be switching on tomorrow at 8.15am. Congratulations to GRRC and the whole team for putting on what must be the best Motor Sport Event of the year. We have missed our visits to Goodwood this year but WOW has this made up for it. Raising a large glass tonight to all of the team, the Marshalls, and lets not forget the Drivers🍷🍷🍷

Yeah absolutely! Hats off to the team at Goodwood! I read some where that for a usual Goodwood even they would have a year to plan, but only had 5 month for this event. Amazing stuff!

Was pit crew for the drifters this weekend - good to see that we can change the perception of drifters around Tesco carparks and prove it takes some skill!

Evening all! Such a shame because of Covid we couldn't be at Goodwood this weekend! I for one would love to! Those are some proper black tire marks and clouds of smoke! 😁 Brilliant content always Peter my friend! Keep up the great content! Cheer! 😊

The driftkhana was fantastic. I hope it will continue as an event alongside European and British drift masters. James Deane was fantastic, I subscribe to his channel and love watching him. Whatever he does in a car, he succeeds at. His girlfriend Becky, Queen B just bought him a 1976 Lada for his birthday, they're meant to be a great car to drift in.

Standing in the pit lane today as these guys left the line was fantastic! I have a far greater appreciation for drifting now I have seen it in the flesh, its very skillful stuff! Looking forward to tomorrow now!

Hello Pete, I watched this on channel 4 yesterday. I love watching Goodwood racing, the drifting was something new and fun. Would loved to have been there. Keep the great content coming.

I don't mind watching a bit of drifting when it's done really well. I liked the first car with the flames spitting out from the front end. 👍❤🙂.

I just love the way subtitles say there's music playing when it's the car engines 'singing'. Yes Ped, go learn how to drift. I loved watching Becky Evans (Queen B) when she was learning. Great vids series (Drift Queen) on the Red Bull channel I think.

Pretty fast drifting by all the cars and I imagine hard to breath through all that tortured rubber smoke but that`s the nature of drifting I guess, so thanks for that Pete see you on the next one.

The two best runs for me was the first car (?) and the Mustang E. Just a point here Pete, that smoke you were inhaling...you do know tyre smoke is Carcinogenic don't you?

The best part was seeing the crappy all electric Fiesta wiping out the barriers, too much weight with all those batteries, which no doubt needed an overnight charge to do another 1 mile stage 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Take care mate 👍👍👍👍👍🏁

@@PetrolPed I just can't get my head around the lack of engine noise with EVs in motorsport, the power and torque is undeniable but I guess I'm just a fossil like the fossil fuel I love to burn in cars 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I hope I never offend you with my comments Pete, I love your KZfaq channel so don't think it's an attack on you. It's not you it's just the direction that cars are heading in general that I struggle with. Perhaps I need to try and be a little more positive about the future. Take care mate 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🏁

Totally awesome. We managed to catch this on TV in the afternoon. The all electric Rally Cross Fiesta that destroyed the blokes looks a beast to drive. Plus the Mustang Mach-E with 1000hp..Wow!! Looked so big on the course though. Brilliant video mate, a big thumbs up from us 👍

@@scoobyking555cm obviously we had the sound bar on full blast for the incredible Petrol engine drifters 👍. You can’t beat an engine noise on maximum. Then we enjoyed the totally different sound from the electric cars. Also noted the lack of tyre smoke from the Rally Cross Fiesta
