I have been watching Samantha for a long time. I remember when she did a video talking about how expensive it was for her to keep buying makeup to maintain her role as an influencer because she was not yet getting free PR from companies. She was struggling with her conscience about doing sponsored videos and was kind of stuck. Now she is able to declutter 67 palettes and keep 49 - and that's just eyeshadow palettes! What a strange and interesting world it is.

When my Natasha minis break, I pop out the pans that don’t shatter, because it’s so easy to pop them out of the pan. I’ve actually reorganized the pans in my Natasha minis so I have all mattes and all shimmers and all pans that I never use.

The Biba is my holy grail palette. I have hit pan on many of the shades and I'm about to buy another......I could probably only have that palette and be just fine. 😭😭😭. The quality is unmatched in my opinion. But good declutter! These are what I like to see.

Thank you for saying that PM is not your favorite eyeshadow formula. I completely agree with you. I had a pallet of hers once and wasn’t a huge fan. Especially for the price. Thank you for giving some away even though they are pricey. That says a lot. Great video.

I think it's wonderful that you've reached THAT point in your YT journey that you can, happily, declutter 67 seriously fantastic pallets 👍👍👍 That said, I almost fainted when,after analysing and comparing, you decluttered the ND Neutrals palette 😱😱😱 Decluttering vids ought to come with a government health warning, ie : "Please calm down, screeching and/or pleading at your screen (from whatever device you are viewing) will NOT alter the outcome of the event - It is only makeup. As an eye shadow lover watching all these beautiful pallets go was crazy, but I’m sure they’ll go to a good home. As a single mom on a super tight budget (now more than ever) I’ve never got the chance to buy a Natasha Denona pallet but maybe one day I will. I’ve mostly just bought affordable makeup. I feel terrible , now my collection is bigger than yours and this is your job. I am a collector of eyeshadow, very picky with what I purchase but it is getting too big. Omg!!! I thought I was the only one that had a reaction to Pat McGrath eyeshadows!!! They make my eyes itch SO bad!! I only tried the smaller pallets, but they made my eyes itch every time. I never tried one of the bigger mothership palettes, so I don’t know if those would do the same thing, but they are so expensive I am worried about wasting the money if I can’t wear them :/

Great declutter video. My motto for this year has been clutter free in 23. I love that you talked about how something can be good and you can like it but still declutter it. I have been implementing a similar mindset with a lot of my things in my house this year.

I was mesmerized and on the edge of my seat (is that possible to do both at the same time?). I love how it ended and I personally have a few palettes and products in common in my collection.

OMG Samantha! You had me on such a rollercoaster with this declutter! I had emotions along with you on some of those palettes. The sunflower one, Smoke Show, Friendcation, Dream St, Sweet Talk, ND Gold palette. I remember all of those and what you went through. I’m so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. It's so inspiring to see you declutter and letting go of the past! It always seems so easy when I watch other people do it but not so much when I'm trying to do it... Have just decluttered clothes and it felt bittersweet... Maybe my make up is next?!
