Hi everyone! Here's a powerful new piece called "Ancient Awakening". Last time I said there was going to be a continuation to "Path to Queensgarden" next but I eventually came up with this one first. It is still coming though, rather sooner than later. New album is coming up soon this year. Took a bit longer than the previous ones but I hope it's going to be worth the wait. I am currently working on a new track inspired by the wild west/cowboy scene. Something new and refreshing for me and it's being really awesome to work on something which I have never done before. It reminds me of the choir days when we would do classical and fantasy themed pieces for competitions around the country. So rich and robust and full of emotion -- absolutely powerful! I feel it like a thunder in my chest and it makes tackling even small daily chores seem exciting as I play it in the background! As a woman who is young (23y/o) and disabled, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the power I feel in myself when I listen to your stronger pieces like this one. Really looking forward to your Western-styled piece next, also because I worked on a western/steampunk-styled feature for the past 3 years which was hugely influenced by your previous music, so I'm really looking forward on your take of that genre. Midnight is a strange time. It is a time when nothing moves, when everything is dark, still, silent. Aria knew this feeling all to well. She was always awake at this time, watching over the Skylands. The evening mist had faded. The few fires that were still lit were dying down, and the scattered columns that littered the skylands glowed in the moonlight. For 200 years the Skylands had been isolated, the great chains that held it down cut, so that no one could get in or out. But something was changing. The world was dying, the darkness spreading. Aria could feel it. Even in the Skylands. The flowers were dying in late summer, not blooming until the seventh month, when they were usually in abundant supply. Something had changed in the world. It needed their help. For the first time in 200 years, it was time for the Avian to change to.
