Hi Kriss, l have been following your vlogs for a little while now, and I must say this one has been the best of all for me and the MOST DISTURBINGLY HEARTBREAKING at the same time. I am from St. Patrick's, I left Grenada quite a number of years and never had the opportunity to visit Hog Island and maybe will never get that chance too. How and why in Gods' name can the government of Grenada sell this beautiful piece of Grenada to a foreign investor? Our beautiful Spice Island, does it really need another resort, ("I think NOT!!") especially in such a place that should be protected for foot traffic only? You mentioned in the vlog that the (citizen by investment) is currently working with an environmentalist; this should have been the first thing Keith Mitchell and his government should have done before selling this place to another foreigner who cares nothing for the preservation of Grenada's treasures or delicate habitats. Based on the size of the proposed development, most of the beauty and picturesque serenity of the island will be gone/destroyed for all time. What do they think will happen to the dove and other habitats of the Island? I am SICK TO MY STOMACH thinking of what the future pictures of our Beautiful Spice Island will look like. Thank you Kriss, your vlogs are allowing Grenadian citizens living abroad to get a better scope of some of the happenings on the island. Let this be a wake-up call to all of us True Spice Islanders everywhere. Thanks again.

Glad you are enjoying my vlogs. Development is good but I do wonder if the grand size is absolutely necessary. The main thing, is that its conservation friendly and will help preserve and protect the wildlife surrounding it in particular the Grenada Dove.

@@krissmgvlogs I am all for a country developing to present itself properly governed, well-rounded, sustainable and self-sufficient; but this development is not going to achieve this goal. The mangroves, swamps, and endangered inhabitants will suffer and die for good. Whether it's small, medium, or large forested areas; the oxygen levels are needed for good healthy citizens. Get rid of it and we might as well ask for a new hospital for real.
