"I am made of memories"
So in this animatic/pmv it's supposed to be patroclus just talking about all that he remembers of Achilles to Thetis. What I loved in this book was how Patroclus talked about the Gods as more empty and not as lifelike,,, in compared Achilles who was more human... Patroclus fell in love with the boy he knew , not really as the hero he was meant to become. It was tough seeing how selfless Patroclus was only because he loved Achilles so much.
The song reminds me of these two but the wording of course changed to fit them haha
it's been so long and I still love this book so much

Oh, my heart. That was breathtaking. I love how you drew everything. The hearts in Patroclus' eyes, the memories of them dancing and kissing in this beautiful golden colour, the boys in their youth. I could go on and on. The quotes you used so very fitting, the way you changed the lyrics slightly. Just- beautiful. And the absolute clever way you used Hades' joining Orpheus in his singing, being when Patroclus appears in Elysium and surprising Achilles? Just lovely. Thank you so much for drawing this, for sharing it with the fandom!

Oh god how am I this early, this is 100% the best tsoa animation I've ever seen. You can tell all the emotions inside the characters and everything is so heartbreaking

Oh lord im sweating from my eyes this is so well made I love it so much all of the wholesome memories and also the not so wholesome kinda painful ones are all here at least they found each other in the afterlife again and were together once more. Thank you for making this

Wow, just love this so much! Great art that stirs real emotion. I love Hadestown and TSOA, and I wondered, how will these two fit together? It was managed wonderfully, and the small lyrical changes you suggest fit perfectly. What has become of that boy, with his hands on a lyre... 😭 I'll be back to watch this again and again.
