You could have at least give the enemy some archers or cav I’m guessing this is a custom battle

Totally unfair fight. How're foot infantry supposed to even go on offensive against horse archers? The sides weren't equal. Give em some Elite Cataphracts or Aseri Vanguard Veteran Faris and see these Khan guards collapse like a house of cards
