Please enjoy this short training fight we filmed in under 6 hours with ZERO rehearsal! I’m grateful and impressed with this team! 🙀
🙉 Is this fight perfect? Definitely not!
🙈 Is there 10 000 things I would like to change? Absolutely!!!
🙊 Does any of that matter? Not at all!
My intention in putting this piece together was to R&D how flashier elements can realistically be added into the context of fight choreography.
I also wanted to challenge myself to produce a piece of work that I’ve never done before (a lightsaber fight.) I would be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling EXTREMELY anxious and vulnerable about posting this. My Imposter Syndrome and Harsh Inner Critic are & have been screaming at me through this entire process.
But you know what?! I am choosing to be bold, take a risk, feel the deafening fear….AND DO IT ANYWAY! ROAR!! 🐅

I love green color, but I learned about some meaning of lightsabers colors, so in the end I realised that yellow color should be best for me. But red is always and option, right XD? (Actually it is really my choice number 2 :D)

So much action in such short film. Wow! The choreography is excellent and for the team to pick it up in one day is amazing. And the affects are simple enough to not destract me from the action. Great editing. Nothing but praise for all involved. Do you need a water boy in your next shoot (I gotta stick to my strengths) ? 🤞🏻
