if you have a trivet to go inside your camp oven you won't burn the bottom. If not just roll up 4 balls of aluminium foil to lift up your bread from the bottom. Looks delicious, may have to try that one out myself.

Thankyou guys, Tj realised afterwards that we had a trivet that came with the camp oven 😅😅 but that's a really good tip with the aluminium foil! 👌

that desert looked yumo if u dont mind a suggestion on camp oven cooking wen we use camp oven we always take hot coals outa main fire make a base for oven to sit on then shovel some more on top and use a stand in CO to get meal ur cooking off base 👍looks a beautiful location lush n green 🙏👍take care great epp again 👍❤️

Always use a trivet ( round cake rack will work well) in your camp oven, think of it like a shelf in an oven. Usually more heat on top than bottom for camp oven cooking. But that was a large raised damper so maybe two smaller ones with a trivet would have worked better.

Thankyou guys! After we did this Tj realised we had a trivet that came with the camp oven 😅 Rookies. Yea we wondered how it would have gone as it raised quite alot! Thankyou for your advice 👌🤩

As many have said a trivet is key to deserts. If you like leg of lamb try this, place leg of lamb in camp oven half fill with chicken stock(trust me) and then rub some chicken soup mix powder over top of lamb chuck in 2 sticks of rosemary and a couple of garlic cloves peeled. cook on coals with some on top for approx 2-3hrs add more stock if heat to high. Carve up serve with roast spuds vegies and enjoy.

Put a trivet in the camp oven, 20% coals underneath and 80% on top!

Gaming 🤗🤗🤗 and then ya all went Nuts 🥜 Dough-Nuting 🍩 in the river 🤪🤪 Bloody Hell nothing wrong with crunchy/Crispy sweet damper that TJ cooked 🤣🤣 Hey we didn’t see TJ check the Solar or the Batteries 🔋 🤔🤔 Once . Pizza in the grill is a staple 😍 we just use wraps and make our own and it cooks it so well! We cook so much in the grill, nuggets, fish fingers, pretty much use it as an oven 😁
