Where do you get your cards?

hey i need your help, so basicly my 10 year older brother was collecting pokemon cards and we went to our old house and found bunch of those cards and one of them was an error card and it has 3 things that are wrong with it, it is a Nidoking RR29 but 1st it is lvl 598 2nd on the card it usualy says Pokémon but on the nidoking it is Pokemon and 3rd on one of his attacks its says daamge and i couldnt find any information about it if it is rare or something so maybe you would
