First of all, go behind the desk and turn on the facility lights. Go to the 4th floor and startup the core. Keep the core stable (or you can make chaos: meltdown, freezedown or stalldown event) There are a lot of things happening in there!

I think you mean meltdown… The meltdown starts at the first minute of the video.
