At the time of writing this piece I wasn't familiar enough with Tajik music(which would be more fitting), while Persians/Aryans are sedentary Iranians, and would probably be a bit different from the Scythians. Whatever the case, this is just how I tried to imagine Scythian music.

Two big problems with your sentence, lack of Turkic loanwords in Slavic,Baltic and Germanic languages, and presence of Iranic loanwords in Uralic languages.
