This is a question I've been getting a lot lately...so let's break down the Epic Gear Crafting Event and talk about options you can take & provide some examples.

Appreciate you cause you read my mind with the chart! Last event I made an Injury Helmet and Crit Boots. 5 years and I never realized I didn't have any Speed chest piece with a speed stat faster than 8. Don't know what right side piece I'll make yet.

Its funny bc I couldn't decide what left side piece to pick so I went with the safe route, speed set helmet. My alternative was to make a helmet for Aria but does she really need all that gear score.

I'm going to get a new chest piece. Don't have much on speedy dps pieces so it will help out. And same with the ring so going for that too

For me it was between Lionthighs, Galias or Aria/Ayufine since these 4 take really specific substats and are pretty gear hungry

If I’m building pen set for celine let’s say helm and ring, what substat should I go for? 3 for speed and 2 for attack%? Or 3 for speed and 2 for critical chance%?

I just put out a guide for Celine. You'll realize that Speed isn't that necessary on her so if you want pieces for her, Speed may not be ideal. I'd probably go 3 Crit Chance, 2 Attack with 1 Speed and 1 in CDMG for Speed set. If you go Destruction Set build on Celine with Attack% Boots, the 3 Speed and 2 CChance split becomes a lot more enticing. I'd probably go that route. You get high speed pieces for later use on another hero and while on Celine, they can carry the Speed load and let Attack Boots and the set bonus carry the damage

@@im_Tsu yes, I’m planning to go for destruction with penetration on her. Currently I don’t have good boot with main attack % for her, so instead I give her speed main boot. I’m thinking to make one penetration helm and one penetration neck with 3 speed and 2 atk because my other part like ring and boot can already get 100% cc for her. After calculating, the final result will be around 3.9k attack, 196 speed, 100% cc, 350cdm. Is it okay?

Is it worth it to get an initiator ring piece from this? Like max speed and mainstat effectiveness ring?

Only if 17 Speed is faster than all your other options. At high level most players have 20+ in the ring slot.

Straze hunt one shot build am I wasting my time using my two equipments for torrent? Sword and CD left?

I don't think so if that's your need. I play Torrent on Straze for my hunts.

This event should be a monthly event imo. We keep getting way too many heroes every month and usable gears are soooo hard to get.

@@akeyun7026 Why not? Gears we get aren't pentarolled in 1 single stat. it won't break the game. Assuming this event becomes monthly, it takes 3 months to get an entire set (6pcs of each gear piece) for a single hero. Top players/whales won't mind since they probably already have alot 17 speeders in their accounts. This will help newbies and midgame players alot since we can gear alot of heroes faster.

I agree actually. I know that's an insane take but... the roster has 300 characters in it. You need 6 pieces of gear per hero. This event gives 1/3rd of a character. Are the pieces strong? Sure. But how else are people supposed to progress in a timely fashion or catch up for PvP?

@@akeyun7026i think it doesn't really matter. Even veterans could get their own gear and their advantages wont disappear. Would everybody become invincible just because they got 17 speed? Will they be able to utilize 300 speeder units? Units alone is hard to get coz not everyone has those speed contesters or the currency to get them. People wont stop farming because of this instead they'd be more actively getting this pieces and do their weeklies, dailies, labyrinths and other things. That should be enough reason for the game to be active right? And for players to focus on getting resources to pull for characters. Even if it's monthly, how long do you think they could build units you can pick for RTA? At the very least it will take you 6 months or it could be years, and then what even if it takes you weeks to build 6 units with 300 speed, do you think SG will stop releasing units? This is game is already 5 years, do mid players need more time to build more units?
