A Krispy Kreme glazed donut topped with a scoop of cookies & cream ice cream is everything! The donut melts the ice-cream just slightly. 🥴😋✨

Ok I have a question...U have so many cheat days right? That’s like really nice, but like do u starve the next day or smth? I mean how many calories is your daily intake? Like how much do u take in on normal days? Do u eat the same amount of calories after that cheat day or do you reduce it to lose all the weight from the cheat day? 😭 Idk I’ve had so many cheat days and didn’t know what to do and how to eat after that...
