Does anybody know what kind of egts these trucks run? I'm old school pre-computer. Back in the day the rule of thumb was 1350° all day above 1400° you start cracking the head and melting pistons. These guys have to be north of 2000° if I had to guess.

Diesel engines are not like gasoline engines. The more fuel and compression you pump into a Diesel the more power it makes.

Spectators are feet from us here and some of them are every animated as you heard. Unfortunately nothing we can do about that on our end. We tried moving forward so they were less in the path of the microphone but didn't matter much. I'm with you I want to hear the trucks lol. We will work on a solution so it's better for next time.

I think hybrid Diesel with massive efficient Electric Brushless motor will definitely destroy them all. Not only getting rid of that massive amounts of black smoke (saving the earth from climate change) but also it will significantly create more efficiently and torque.

@@Tamarikankuro why? who those not like Diesel Detroit I6 Hybrid (DDIH) have no brain. its even more efficient than Turbocharged diesel engine!! also much cleaner because, not using alot of fuel, electric motor is handling stress from transmission!

@@HAIYANE9910 The black smoke is part of the fun, it screams raw power. Pushing mechanical engineering to the limits. If you watch close enough, you can identify each piston stroke, as the truck lifting its self off the ground. It's a beautiful thing.

@@Tamarikankuro later, i've develop truck with diesel hybrid system euro 6 crdi, with brushless motor attached to 6 speed automatic quick shift transmission, and show this all dirty non euro diesels how quick it can go! watch how Hybrid diesel engine destroy sylvain noel and steve groulet, how powerful and massive Hybrid diesel engine system is!! with only 1000HP but 5000+nm torque twin e-turbocharge I6 Diesel + Brushless motor.
