Salaam brother! I’ve worked in NHS, UK for years (I now work in community as a GP). To avoid exposure or bare below elbow; you need to speak to your manager; 1) they have made “disposable sleeves available that you can wear on top of your scrubs. 2) Scrubs need to be re-ordered if your size changes and order “oversized” scrubs to avoid showing curves. Alhamdullilah to date UK law supports practicing Islam as a “religion”. JAK

Friend of mine was in Turkey, he saw a brother drinking wine , he warned him that its haram, the drinker replied " alcohol haram but wine is halal !" . Astagfirullah. May Allah swt guide us. Ameen.

Our brother mentioned that as long as you are not a murderer, stealing from an orphans property, or a drug addict...I am sure that he didn't mean to add the third sin into this category, and Allah knows best. Even if you are a drug addict, there is such a good possibility of someone who is addicted to drugs that wants very much so to return to Allah and be clean of drugs. So have that beautiful hope that regardless of what the sin is there is that possibility and hope that we can clean ourselves up and return to Allah subhana wa ta'ala no matter how many times we err. Brother, salaam. In which category of sins will fall not wearing hijab? I am guilty of not wearing hijab as I work in hospitality industry. I do pray 5 times a day (trying so hard), fast, give zakat and try to be good human being. Kindly enlighten me. Masalama🌺🌸
