When I read Bang's origin story with bomb. All I could think was that Bomb was like a wise MC and Bang was the cocky dark rival who would usually plot revenge over his humiliating defeat. Except he doesn't and he becomes a really wise humble man.

i would say more shame, those sad notes are more disappointed as he feels garou is his responsibility and the way he turned out was due to poor training (remembering martial arts especially in japan are heavy on morality training and using your skill responsibly)
