Hey .. the letter should be as follows: *The schools letterhead *The date To whom it may concern RE: your full names and surname - ID number We hereby confirm that the above mentioned student was a learner of blah blah blah primary school from this year to that year. Blah blah blah school is an English primary school and the medium of instruction is English. Then salutations For enquires call the school or something along those lines. Principals name and surname and signature above plus the schools stamp on the side. Hope this will help give you a structure
