Catherine, I'm from the UK and I have cystic fibrosis. It's a genetic illness that affects the lungs and digestive system. I also take Ventolin and numerous drugs which if I had to pay for them would cost me around £9000 a month - somewhere around $12,000. A month. I have to pay a small percentage each month towards my medication, but the rest is covered by the NHS - The national health service which we have here. Put simply I couldn't afford to pay for my medication unless I was a very rich man. Regarding the Epipens, I have several here which are still in date but I don't use them and I don't really need them all, so if you'd like them I can always post them to you. By the way I just thought I'd say you look amazing.

It's nice to hear you talk about an actual issue again it's been awhile, god, couple years now. The last time I heard you bring up an issue I consider relevant I was addicted to hallucinogenics breaking into houses and selling crack hahaha, that was like 2 years ago.

***** I never said transgender rights aren't an issue, They are and I'm glad you talk about that too and your not even killin it that bad, a little bit but not really since your at the heart of the issue being a transgender living in America. Believe me I'm glad you bring that up too but as far as relevant issues go that's all you really talk about. And yes your right on the money I am an asshole. Sorry about that, can't help it I tried being nice to everyone for years it doesn't change how they treat me so there really isn't a point considering it's very hard work for no reward.

Saul Goodman I think people fail to understand just how horrible it is to live as a Transgender Person. It impacts every aspect of my life. I can't even do a Live Stream or a gaming video without someone making a comment about my voice. People make every video I produce, about me being Transgender. I made a Video about Windows 10 Auto Updates, half of the comments were asking me if I was a girl or a boy. At first I would reply to them and say I am a girl, then some asshat would write the most fucked up shit.

***** True, yeah, I don't really see it as being that hard of an issue I have a transgender friend she's doin just fine, but I guess it's easier in Canada and not being on the internet putting yourself out there. Fair enough. I hope things get better for you, they totally won't because life only gets harder but I'll pray to my lack of a god for you to have a better time.

I feel so bad for you and your fellow Americans when it comes to the cost of medicines and surgeries. I'm so glad I live in the Netherlands. They handle things way better here. More fair for everyone. Everybody pays a small fee monthly and everybody is covered for lots of stuff, like medicines and surgeries.

This is because the U.S. doesn't understand socialism, and universal healthcare. They hear socialism, and think communism. We pay more than any other developed country for prescription drugs, and we have no public health option. Obama had to drop that from the ACA, just to get it passed. Maybe Hillary can get things done, but doubtful. We are a country full of undereducated idiots.

are the glasses your wearing prescription or you just wear them for fun?

They are prescription glasses from Axon Optics. I have photophobia which is a extreme light sensitivity, I get migraines and certain light sources make my eyes sting. These glasses are coated with FL-41 which blocks specific light frequencies and is a rose tint. Trust me, I can't see more than 10 feet without glasses.

Oh boy i can answer some of those questions Hospitals have some funding from the city and they are able receive donations. Each hospital is different some hospitals receive a large amount of funding from the city, from doners, or have a small amount of funding and they are desperate to stay open. Big downers may donate and have control over the hospital. Two examples Exp1-BIll gates wants to donate 1m dollars to a children's hospital and wants nothing in return but wants them to get equipment needed to give the best possible treatment. Exp-2 Hilary Clinton donates 3 million dollars to a hospital that takes many patients and doesn't have enough funding. So prices are already high prices. She wants higher prices and some small prophet and in return she keeps donating. Epi's are cheap because in Canada you pay a 52% tax for healthcare, The government is a bad investor and always will be. In Canada if you go to the emergency room with a broken arm you pick a ticket to see a nurse and she will evaluate you to see if you need medical attention immediately. So you would wait atliest 4 hours in a waiting room. Then if the hospital is full of people on a waiting list then your in queue till its your turn, could take days, months, weeks, years, and they will suggest to go to a private clinic or hospital to receive faster maybe better results. If government regulated prices then the company or distributor may loose a great amount of prophet. Since they arent able to make prophet then the company makes less product to raise prices, fire workers, move to a foreign country or shutdown. Plus theirs more corruption if government gets involved with the market or economy, and government funded hospitals or company's will figure out ways to cheat and make prophet. some of the stuff you say is right. Also theirs different insurance company's with different quality's and quantity's. WHAT EVERY CAPITALIST AND SOCIAL are against but Socialism will only bring Corporatism which is big in Canada. Corporatism Corporatism, also known as corporativism, is the sociopolitical organization of a society by major interest groups, or corporate groups, such as agricultural, business, ethnic, labour, military, patronage, or scientific affiliations, on the basis of common interests. It is theoretically based on the interpretation of a community as an organic body. sorry for the long post just putting the stuff out there not saying your opinion or ideas are wrong just informing. Great Video cant wait for more there interesting and cool

Competition is key. Companies offering it at decent costs. This is not an expensive medication. This is Mylan being greedy as ^%$#. The FDA has to hustle to quickly approve alternatives and insurance companies to approve them.

I also think medications should be regulated in terms of cost. There is zero reason for Mylan to price EpiPens as much as they do. They are greedy and want more money. That is it. I think the FTC or the FDA should be able to force Mylan to either justify the prices or cap their profit margins. This is a lifesaving drug, I guess Mylan has the "How much is your life worth?" perspective.
