I have a small theory for this part at 0:54. What if Aiden kidnapped Claire and was going to kill her or Claire wandered into the house thinking it was abandoned? Since Aiden has a lot of weapons it would make sense for her to have a gun. But Aiden didn’t get to torture her yet since Claire most likely escaped. It COULD be one of the peoples ghosts talking to Claire trying to get her to leave so she wouldn’t end up like the ghost. Aside from that I really like your theory’s for the series! I feel like Claire led to the forest due to her curiosity because of the warning signs it could’ve been a strict rule to not pass that place it could be that those warnings signs were put out by Claire after her doings to her so called ‘friends’, then Aidan and Alice could’ve Been very close friends or siblings that have very different facial features from their parents because they’re so different but is normal for siblings to not look alike or they could’ve been friends before hand and with ( all her current friends + Oliver ) by their side so Claire could’ve been jealous that Aiden and Alice had more friends so one day she decided to lead Aiden and Alice away from everyone and decided to tell them that a loved one or a pet or something was there like the black rabbit so Aiden and Alice were basically tricked and blame Claire for all of it so they could be The first target or so I think I believe she did this with fen and the black werewolf for the same or different reasons to gain popularity or friends but as she grew up she realized the consequences for her actions and how maybe the people she love could get hurt because of her actions so she set up the signs as a warning and chose to forget about it until Oliver realized all of this and swore to one day kill Claire and make her life a living the first step was to kill the people she loved which happened to Abbie and Lana and that’s all from me! (I’ll update when I get more theories or when I’m motivated too)
